How do I restart the game?

When the game ends, select TRY AGAIN on the Game Over screen to start a new game.

How do I purchase extra lives?

Select GET 5 EXTRA LIVES from the Game Over screen and complete the purchase through Apple's App Store.

My purchase was completed but my extra lives are not showing.
